Dinyar Banker has joined us as CEO for our holding company "JPS Catering Pvt. Ltd." with effect from 1st August 2016.
He started his career as a Management Trainee with the Taj Group, and served with them for twelve years in the Food & Beverage department. Being involved with the setting and opening of iconic restaurants such as The Tea House Of The August Moon among others.
Moving on from there, Dinyar went on to become the Director Food & Beverage for Imperial Hotel, Delhi and then to DLF, the country's largest real estate company where he spent fourteen years in different positions becoming Vice President Operations and Development for DLF Hotel Holdings Pvt. Ltd. He was also Full-time Director and Business Head for DLF Recreational Foundation Pvt. Ltd. besides being on the board of twenty-three subsidiary companies of DLF Hospitality.
His last assignment as COO for four years with TEN Hotels & Hospitality Solutions in providing Project planning, Technical advisory, Brand search, Asset management, F&B Concepts, Operational audits, Talent search and Training foreighteen hotels and clubs in its portfolio around India.
